    Posing as official personnel by using the [Mango99 Slot] gaming platform to pose as the Company's customer service personnel or gamemaster or applying for nicknames that may cause others to believe that the violator is a customer service staff member or gamemaster and conducting any interactions with players.

    Penalties:The violator shall be subject to [contract termination].

    Use of the [Mango99 Slot] gaming platform for actions that involve illegal use or fraud which violate the laws of the jurisdiction when they occurred.

    Party B is verified or investigated by judicial authorities for suspected illegal activities.

    Description of Penalties


    The Company shall implement the following penalties for members that violate the Game Rules in accordance with the severity of their violations:

    Inappropriate names (including names used in the game and nicknames on the website platform)

    The names of avatars and channels are entered by the player when they are created. Once the names of avatars and channels are entered, they cannot be changed. The player should exercise proper care for naming their cherished avatars and channels.     (1) The user may not use names and images the website that are similar to the official personnel, adopt a name of the Company's related organization, or use names that may be confused with staff members including using special characters that may not be distinguished by regular players to separate the aforementioned combinations.     The player may not use unnatural or unintentional errors or bugs in the game, methods or means that violate the principles of fairness and reasonableness for gaming (unpublished bugs shall be determined by the Company), or loopholes in the game to increase the load of the server, crash the server, create benefits for the player, use others, and cause imbalances in the game. The player shall immediately report to the gamemaster if the player discovers a bug in the game. If the player uses a bug or loophole in the game, imperfection in the rules, or any other irregular method to obtain exponentially unlawful interest, cause imbalances in the game or other losses, affect the rights and interest of other players, and cause effects beyond the scope of the original design, all information of all related parties shall be processed as follows after verification:

    The Company shall implement a [temporary freeze] on the game accounts and confiscate the illegal interest directly and indirectly obtained by the player through the bug.
